In preparation for the onset of the The Last Supper, Chryz Zantis and Elizabeth Woods have conducted several site visits to the Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre, the meeting venue for the Beenleigh Multicultural Cooking Group, and one of the main sites for the project. The centre boasts a hall with a splendid demonstration kitchen where, once a week, a member of the group cooks a traditional meal.
